The Football boosters club meets the third Wednesday of every month at 6:00pm in room #408. Everyone is welcome to attend.

KHS Football Booster Club Meeting Minutes May 2008

President's report

Senior night is scheduled for June 11th Football award presented at that time.

Fundraiser Marauders tickets going well each player asked to sell 5 tickets. Return date is May 29th at player meeting in the cafeteria.

Football parent meeting and signup is June 16th in the Auditorium. Index cards will be given (sheet of paper) out to obtain Parent information to ask for help, snack bar etc

Field shed was painted over by Track Team

Discussed continuing having programs vs. just the website. The cost of the booklet has gone up. Color vs non color, scaling back the # pages, leaving out the directions to the games. most were in favor in having the program, something for players and familes to keep

Look at possibility of more corporate sponsors. Many letters sent every year and the same few business advertise and support KHS Football.

Mr Whitney

Discuss his project of the Keene Time Capsule. Looking for the booster clubs help in obtaining visiting teams rosters at all levels. Possibly having a player help out. Sent a email to Leslie Farmer who was in favor of plan. Anonymous baseball donor donated $ to the cause. Cheshire county historical society will open capsule in the year 2048
